I don't think that's right.

Self-torture

It is not a good thing for me to desire things I cannot and should not have, such as beautiful young females. That's a no-no! I MUST find a way to stop looking at them.

Also I have never been able to stop picking skin off my fingertips, so I don't know if it's possible.
