Isn't the speed of light about 186,000 miles per second? 300,000 meters?
It takes light about 8 seconds to reach us from the sun,
and the sun is about 93 million miles away from us (Praise God!)
Umm... what was the question?
And tomorrow is the 17th of August, 2022
And I have nothing to do.
ANd I hate Tumblr (Isn't that what they call a concrete mixer?)

I have different kinds of water at my apartment:
Faucet water, drinking water, distilled water, and spring or mineral water.
These days they tell us we're not supposed to drink rain water.
When I was growing up, we had cisterns into which we funneled water off the roof.
But then Dad used to pour bleach in it to kill germs (birds doo-doo on the roof)
The above-mentioned "drinking" water is municipal water that has been purified.
I suppose the spring water has to be purified also, since it comes from under the ground.
Mineral or spring water isn't really good for your kidneys, since they have to filter out the minerals (primarily calcium carbonate)
TUMS has calcium carbonate.
I make lemonade my mixing lemon juice with drinking water and mineral water AND white grape juice, then putting a couple of artificial sweeteners in it, for a 12 ounce glass.
