A long, long time ago

When I was a junior in high school, the whole school was given a vocabulary test, and I came in second.
Only one senior did better.
These days, I can't remember anything.
I stopped reading novels around 1980 when I came down with panic attacts, which were made worse by reading horror novels.
Oh, wait. I started having panic attacks in 1974 when I was going to school in Dayton, Ohio, and they had that flu that everybody there came down with - as did I. I suspect the virus caused a change in some people's dna.
I claimed that the defense department was testing a biological weapon there.
